How to Request an Investigation and What To Expect
Each member of our team brings something different to each investigation and everyone has their particular area of specialty. We combine knowledge and experience to help you to the best of our ability to help find the cause of what you are experiencing.

We DO NOT use Ouija boards, we do not hold seances, and we do not practice the occult.  We  utilize scientific methods, equipment, and research to help you find out what it is that you are experiencing in your location and try to alleviate any fear you may have.

All our services are free of charge.  Uncensored data received from private and public locations (EVP recordings, photos, video evidence) may be made available to the public (in lectures, meetings, educational settings, etc.) where permission has been granted.  We will never disclose the identity and location of our private clients.  We do ask that when we do an investigation that there are as few people as possible present to avoid contamination of evidence collection and for the protection of our investigators.

The following takes place during an investigation:

1) Walk-through:  A walk through is done throughout the home making note of all  areas where activity has been experienced including any traumatic events that may have taken place in that location.  We will ask you for the location of your circuit breaker (or fuse) box and any other electrical or medical devices being used.

2 )  Equipment Set-up:  The equipment is generally set up in a central location, such as a living room or dining room.  We will provide our own tables if you are uncomfortable with us using your furniture.  A DVR and camcorder system will be set up  and   IR (infrared) cameras will be positioned in various areas of the house focusing on areas of experienced activity.

3)  Physical Investigation:  Once the investigation is underway, we will  use various types of equipment to measure EMF spikes, temperature changes, static measure, audio capture from EVP (electronic voice phenomena) using various frequency response recorders, and other specialized equipment to aide in the investigation to capture and log data.  In addition to  the continuous DVR footage, we will also be taking additional video and photographs.  The length of each investigation varies from case to case and depending on the level activity and the owner of the premises, we could estimate a length of approximately four hours.

4)  Reveal:   Once we review all the data collected, we will either recommend a second investigation or complete the case and go over and "reveal" any evidence at all that may have been captured.  If  a case is extensive and activity is captured that we feel might be out of our realm, we will bring in our consultants who have the highest level of expertise in their field of study to help offer the best outcome possible.
